Synthetic chrome-based tanning agent for soft leathers with good dye uniformity and grain tightness.

Properties

  • Contains 12% chromium oxide and synthetic tanning agents.
  • Improves dye uniformity and reduces grain cracking.
  • Suitable for upper leather, nubuck, glove leather, and upholstery.

Uses

  • Use 2–4% on pelt weight in the pickling bath for pre-tanning.
  • Use 3–6% on shaved weight for retanning.
  • Effective at 50°C with 50% water and suitable additives like TRUPON PEM.
